Thank you very much for your reply, this burning pain happens when my back touches the back of the chair/sofa for prolonged periods( more than 20 min) , not from leaning back, it’s a contact pain.
I can be lying down touching the back of the sofa or sitting down touching the back of the chair,.
Any idea what that can be?
