O-arm was out of order so they used Fluoroscopy instead that’s why.The screws needed to be repositioned like 5mm laterally and that’s what they did in the second surgery. No more residual leak or vertebral artery injury. I will do follow up C.T Scan in my next visit (after 3 weeks).
Thanks doctor for all these information. I really appreciate it. but you still did not give me an answer regarding the pain thing.

I will tell you my story….
I’ve had 2 surgeries. The first one didn’t go well because C1 screws were inside the canal. I don’t know how but it happened. No injury t the spinal cord, only CSF leak so they decided to do revision surgery a week later. it’s been almost 3 months now since the second surgery and I still feel pain when I sit for a long time without using a pillow or something to support my head and after i wake up in the morning. I was so sick of taking narcotic painkillers that i decided to stop it without telling the surgeon about it and now I am on Pregabalin 150mg twice a day.
I know this sounds crazy but my life turned into a nightmare because I keep thinking about so many bad things like is it possible for the screws to break and injure the spinal cord? am I going to be paralyzed if this happened? and is it normal to feel pain after all this time? is there any major post-op complications that could happen? I feel like my head is going to explode because of this!

my only problem now is the pain and sometimes i feel some clicking when i move my head. i used to take Tramadol 50mg TID but i stopped it and now i am on pregabalin 150 BID.
