Its could be dysfunction of the spinal cord started by posterior this why the sensory nerves show problem and motor no ,
This condition if it was can also worse and start by thick the ligament or bone spurs (from arthritis) quick to effect also to pressure start by anterior?
I have more slowly on the walking step normally (its 75-80 steps in minute)
Before 2 days and also a cross all this week it was 90 steps in minute
Now its slow to 78 step (worse by 15 present this symptoms could be from posterior compress just ?
The compress posterior can also effected on the motor nerves?
The slowly walking its call motor nerves?
Fast walking very hard me to do
Also in Saturday it was hard to walk fast (6kmp for more then 1-2 minutes i calculate it was 120 steps in minute
Today it 95 steps in minute (and it’s also feel hard me to walking fast
Also with more symptoms of heavy legs and also legs often sleep more often.
I feel in last our my legs both are sleep but i could walking with the sensation.Meni

I have progress symptoms

And i diagnosis myself by compression by spinal cord from posterior
C4 level (ligament thick more think (because when i run with the cut line in sagittal on the sliced were the ligament flavum exactly was i see the image of the end view (axial cut
Show break of more 6 mm of CSF around posterior
And this was in early September now weeks mount left
And could be now more of compress .
And i get the radiology report that have nothing like in past that vnot give the true opinion a bout degenerative disc diesase (in 2016 )
And let me to develop compression on spinal cord .
This siruse conditions , I feel the next step of (what spine surgeon call step hold from some time and boom u going to next step .Meni
in reply to: Pain in the uper neck (also around the left ear #34627Clear point-When i m dressed my pants its more slowly.(this very mild and i see this more in the morning (also when i put long pants (i prefer one morning short pants because this feel me more easy to put (and this not happen in before this weeks)(this symptoms i see in just last to day’s (and its very mild (on the day short pants i dress with no problem (even with legs feel heavy ).
So a lot of drastic symptoms I don’t have
But i have some signs of symptoms
Are very new from me with experience neck pain a long of time .
Injury to the neck in past.
The legs feel heavy .
Some numbness in legs (and in the last week feel needles(not a lot of time but does happen 2 times in one Day) and pins to my right knee and right hip (and this do where i get to sit and that i want to bed )
NCT i say some of the results
EMG of needles also show problem in the mussel of legs .
He writes in conclusion of EMG mussels
TA IN right +EDB both sides slightly large polypous motor unit ,full muscle recruitment, without pungent denervation or myopathic pattern.
In mussels Trapezius Left: normal motor units , easy polyaphesis and full recruitment without pungent denervation or myopathic pattern.
Other mussels are checking : sportopitnus left side Trapezius r , deltoid r and l ,trisps l ,EDC L ,vm r,GCM R ,TA L :
normal motor units ,full recruitment, without acute denervation,with out chronic denervation ,with out myopathic pattern.
This is full conclusion what the dr test this writing in conclusion paper of EMG .
NCT I WRITE u early what the problem he writes
Motor nerves control are ok.
But on sensory motor he found some evidence of not ok ( i wrote some of the numbers)

In the upper (arms its range from 50 to 65 m/s velocity)
So this my wrong (and i m learning and corrected myself)

—-so this sentence i write in last post (in this topic) was wrong because from legs more than 40 m/s its normal range.
So NCT test show problem in SNC BUT NO. IN MNC (and this could contact to compress by posterior (i read in one good website this information,that compress by anterior effect on the motor nerves control and posterior effected on the the sensory .

So if i see this number
But in sensory nerves in median R and L
Was see velocity L median 44 and R 46
Peak lat ms L M 4.01 and R 3.91 .
This SNC TEST.
Also the nerologic conclusion the results writing also have some problems in sensory in legs (but thia information i not steel clear-maybe over days i will understand)And i read that pressure from posterior effected on the sensory nerves .
And on anterior its effect on the motor nerves control.
What i see is little pressure (in very little area on the spinal CSF from posterior i posted in early topic
And this can be confirmed with the test of SNC .
I also feel symptoms with (what i left legs heavy )+some numbness in legs
Difficult to walking fast (max arrived to 120 steps in minute (i checked this morning and hold this speed just for 1 minute and hard me to hold this walking fast more than this minute(its arrived to calculate to 5.7-6 kmp (in past i remember when i do walking fast its arrived to 7 7.4 kmp and i do this for 20 minutes .
Other physical examination was normal
Heel to heel normal
Walking in dark room normal
Babinski negative
Clonse ankle negative
(Little finger escape just from time to time just in left side .(when i m extension the hand )But i m feel progress of my sensation in my legs and feet (even i m not stumbled when i walked (something its happened even if it’s very little.
When i m dressed my pants its more slowly.
They feel of heavy legs start before 2 mount (when i remember and this was in continue in 2 weeks and after its hold
But now i feel the heavy of legs also with (little pain in the legs little needles in knees (in right legs)
(I read the sign of myelopathy in c s he have steps of one (and this hold for few times (maybe mounts or more and boom its Go to next level ).
I have chronic neck pain in the back of the neck .(this was developed and not very feel before 4 or 3 years its arthritis i think i developed FROM degenerative disc diesase)
Aching in back of the neck.
Noise when i moves the neck(this was also sign in past)

I read your topic about cervical stenosis and myelopathy (and know if the central nervous will damage the didn’t back to work (and it is important to check this if y don’t wwnt to be with some partially paralyzed.
I know normal velocity range from 50 to 60 m/s.
This need to be check very quickly (by this and symptoms i describe early in this (topic )

And also the see change from the speed in the arm (change from the test (EMG) i done before half mount .
I very think this comming all from the neck area .
I can confirm the results (the numbers or conclusion (what necrological dr report)
