    Serial sagittal T2,T1 as well as axial T2,T1 images of the cervical spine show normal cervical lordosis with normal vertebrae and discs heights. Images show no listhesis. There is also no disc herniation, canal stenosis or cord anomaly. Cuts further depict no chiari malformation. There is only relative disc dehydration at C3/C4 with an onset at C2/C3. Cuts show mild disc protrusions at those two levels seen to cause mild nerve root compression on the left at C2/C3. There is mild bilateral nerve root compression at C3/C4. Images show no anomalies further down.

    Relative discs dehydration at C2/C3 and C3/C4 with underlying mild discs protrusions observed to cause thecal indentations with mild nerve roots compressions as described.
