Would you know if that’s stating I have TN or I don’t have TN
Thank you again very much

internal auditory canals..unremarkable
Brainstem and cerebellar ..normal no mass acute infarct , or demyelinating lesion.
Mnndible unremarkable
muscles of mastication ..unremarkable

Other findings ..paranasal sinus and mastoids are clear ..T1 isointense, T2 hypointense subcutaneous lession over the left parietal scalp , most likely in keeping with an epidermal inclusion cyst verses trichilemmal cyst.
Summary
The superior cerebellar arteries crossover the superior aspects of the cisternal segments of the trigeminal nerves bilaterally with possible mild indention , which are equivocal findings to neurovascular complexCan you please explain this MRI to me section by section please and thank you …And what are my options for this to be corrected ..Greatly appreciated very much ..Anxiously awaiting for your reply, thanking you in adavnce..Happy Belated New Years

Laurain reply to: Please help me understand my MRI report #33120Thank you Dr Corenman, greatly appreciate your time and expertise , was wondering
Do you think I require surgery for the Moderate narrowing right foramina and mild narrowing left neural foramina? Is this the cause of any of the symptoms I am dealing with ?. is this the cause of the wide spread symptoms of nerve pain in my mouth throat teeth , as well as head neck arms legs torso..etc… As I have it head to toe … especially the mouth and throat are extremely severe 24-7 … I have bone pain , muscle stiffness as well as pain… but I am still functional with exception to severe pain throughout non stop. I have been also getting alot of the nerve pain in my head more so since I fell , I had these symptoms before but not as extreme as now, when I fell I landed on my knees , not so much my back or neck …Thank you .
