Lumbar spine:
Degenerative disc disease L5-S1 with facet arthropasty worst at L4-5 and L5-S1 along with rightward curvature of mid-lumbar spine.
Thoracic spine:
There is a mild leftward curvature of mid-lower thoracic spine.
