I recently had a MRI lumbar spine without contrast done and I need help understanding the MRI report L5-S1 no disc desiccation.central disc protrusion of 5mm depth mildly effacing thecal sac anteriorly without causing visible vertebral canal foraminal stenosis or nerve root compression what dose this mean and were it says conclusion central disc protrusion at L5-S1 without visible canal foraminal stenosis or nerve root compression
