Hi Dr.Corenman,
Here’s the numbers for the post you need to look at the images. #26609 #26610 #26700Dr.Corenman could you please take a look at my X-RAYS especially my flexion view and Extension view and let me know for sure if the C4-5 level is mild instability or mild to moderate instability like you told me in a previous post I had.
Dr.Corenman why I’M asking you is because the PA I saw said I have Hypermobility at C4-5 level and would not characterize me as grossly Unstable, because of the Autofusion I have at C5-6 level will support my cervical spine if I was in a car accident or have a bad fall.
Could you please let me know if I have Hypermobility or mild to moderate instability at C4-5 level ? Which one do I have ? Could you please give me your opinion on the Autofusion at C5-6 level whether it would or not support my C4-5 level if I was in a car accident or had a bad fall.
I told the PA that if I did really have an Autofusion at C5-6 level it would not stabilize the C4-5 level and he told me who’s the Doctor here you or I and I told him he was but he’s wrong. Dr.Corenman I remembered you told me that the Autofusion at C5-6 level would not support my C4-5 level. Here’s what you told me in the post # 25343.(IDR)
Dr. Corenman please let me know if I have Hypermobility or mild to moderate instability at C4-5 level like you told me and to be careful what I do. Dr.Corenman was I right to tell the PA he was wrong about the Autofusion ? Dr. Corenman I trust you and you’ve been a big help with all the information you gave me about cervical spine and I really appreciate it. Thank You again for taking the time out of your busy schedule to answer my questions for me.
Thank You,

I saw my Spine Doctor PA today and he said that I have Hypermobility at C4-5, but he said he would not characterize me as grossly Unstable, because of the Autofusion at C5-6 level. Dr. Corenman you told me above in a previous post that I have mild to moderate Instability at C4-5 level and I have to be careful what I do. Dr.Corenman could you please view my X-rays again on this Post and let me know your opinion on what you think I have Hypermobility or Instability at C4-5 level.? and your opinion on the Autofusion I have at C5-6 would it stabilize the C4-5 like what the PA said it would or it won’t.Dr.Corenman Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to answer my questions for me.Thank You,

I have a couple of questions regarding my Cervical Spine. What does Loss of Disc Space at C4-5 and C5-6 mean? And what does Kyphotic Angulation of C4-5 mean? Dr.Corenman any help would be greatly appreciated. Have a great weekend !!Thank You,
in reply to: flexion & extension x-ray of 2017 #27865Hello Dr.Corenman,
First Thank You!! Dr.Corenman lately every time I look upward or down I can feel this tightness feeling in the back of my neck area and also been having spasms in the back of my neck. Dr.Corenman my question is could this be from the Moderate Instability I have at C4 Level or the IDR that I have at C5-6 Level or from the Facets being worn out or the combination of all. Dr.Corenman could you please take another look at my X-RAYS and let me know what you think is going on. Dr.Corenman thank you again for taking time out of your busy schedule to answer my question for me. Have a great day !!Thank You,
