Dr corenmann thank you so much for your replies. They are so vital for my psychological balance. One last question i have.If bone spurs grow they can push scar tissue backwards so as to break it completely? or scar tissue can drag the collagen walls of my remainded l5-s1 disc? I ask this because scar tissue is attached on l5-s1 disc.
    thank you very much

is it possible scar tissue to drag pieces of intervevertebral disc remainders into the spinal canal? When disc dessicates completely annulus fibrosus disappear because of cell death?

    In addition,
How can i test (laseque-like tests) that this condition of scar tissue does not create any problem?
    thank you very much.

good morning Dr Corenmann and happy new year,
I have no leg or low back pain but scar tissue surrounds my s1 nerve and it is attached on the intervertebral disc and the thecal sac on the right side .Scar tissue is among the disc ,the thecal sac and the s1 nerve root that surrounds. This can cause pain in the future?L5-S1 disc has completely disappeared and the L5-S1 space has isolated disc resorption.
    thank you very much.

Dr corenman thank you very much for your reply.
Let me mention my symptoms.I do not have low back pain.My pain is on my right hip and it pains when i sit on it or in the bed when i lay on it.It seems to be more muscular than any other type of pain. And it is tolerable.
    Thank you very much.
