Unfortunately in my field there are some individuals who puff up and don’t know how to deflate. You just need to find the ones who think carefully, are clear and nuanced and have lots of experience. There are many good ones out there. It is easy to see who the puffers are once you have experience with them.

Donald Corenman, MD, DC is a highly-regarded spine surgeon, considered an expert in the area of neck and back pain.
