You have plenty of potential pain generators including the fact that without a CT scan, your fusion status is in question. You have degenerative facets at C2-3 and C7-T1 where you don’t have a fusion. Both these levels can cause pain. You have left foraminal stenosis at C5-T1 which could cause nerve compression and L shoulder/arm pain. I would think a CT scan would be helpful.
