MRI report. L5/S1 Desiccated disc without significant prolapse. 6×10 mm area of increased T2 signal along the left posterior margin of the l5 s1 extending into the left lateral recess. No additional evidence of herniated lumbar disc or of lumbar central stenosis
Status post l5 S1 micro Lami And post surgical edema on paraspinal tissues
All of my pain seems to be facetogenic where I put my thumb in lower back. I have a hard time extending and get relief with flex ion. Hard to lie down pain can get bad and then I feel my lower back freeze. Please tell me this will subside over time or about a facet injection or anything else that will help.
