    Can you please help me understand the below.
    This is about XRay of my left Knee.

    Bonesforming the Left lcnee joint show normal density.
    Tibial spiking noted.
    The Left Knee joint spoce is partially obliterated involving medial compartment.

    I get pain when I walk for more than 30 min or Squat.

    The radiologist’s reading is not detailed but it sounds like you have worn the cartilage off of the medial condyle (weight bearing) surface of your knee joint. This is the most common arthritis of the knee and the medial (inside) compartment is the most common area to wear out first.
