the appearances of the vertebral bodies at c3-4 and c5-6 are consistent with a development anomaly and congenital fusion, the vertebrae being hypoplastic with anomalous posterior arch development. Bridging bone anteriorly at the c4-5 level is consistent with surgical fusion. The c6-7 disc is degenerative and narrowed with endplate scleroris and osteophytosis.Oblique projections have demonstrated narrow neural foramina at the c3-4 and c5-6 levels bilaterally. There is a combination of neurocentral and facetal arthritis at all levels..
There is subtle anomalous development of the left facetal joint at the T 1-2 level with early degenerative changes developing on the right side of the mid thoracic vertebral bodies.
In the lumbar spine there are six lumbar type vertebrae,, the first of these with bilateral small ribs and the last partially sacralised. There is loss of normal lumbar lordosis and moderate degenerative changes are developing at the thoracolumbar junction and on the endplates of T12-L1, L1-2 and L2-3.
I am obviously in a lot of neck pain, radiating down both arms, pins and needles, loss of dexterity and pain especially when trying to sleep.
Lately very sore hamstrings, calf muscles and sleeping in sports compression gear whilst covered with heat gel.
I dont think they can operate anywhere. Do you? Any suggestions you can offer would be greatly appreciated, leg pain and occipital ridge, jaw pain getting really bad.
I am public patient here on Gold Coast so it will be a while before i get in, so thats why i email you now in the hope that your expertise can assist me.

You were born with Klippel Feil syndrome (see website) where some vertebral bodies never separated and congenitally fused. The report then notes that you had a surgical fusion at C4-5 between the congenitally fused segments. Is this true?

You have now worn out the C6-7 “The c6-7 disc is degenerative and narrowed with endplate sclerosis and osteophytosis”. The other levels are also showing signs of wear. I would assume by this report that you have cervical foraminal stenosis and cervical radiculopathy (nerve pain) from the C-7 level (C7 nerve). This might explain your symptoms of neck and arm pain. You might be a candidate for surgery to the C6-7 level.

For your lumbar spine, you might have thoraco-lumbar Scheuermann’s disorder (see website). There are no indications by this report that you have nerve compression in your lumbar spine but I assume you have no MRI of the lumbar spine yet.
