The local neurosurgeon I saw said my center canal at L4-L5 is not shaped right. It’s like a triangle instead of circle and he said cause I have spondy at L5-S1 that when I stand up etc that it could cause that spot to be compressed more. But after saying that he said my urinary symptoms aren’t from my disc at that level. But that was before I was having this pain. He did offer to do a two level fusion to fix spondy and new bulge at L4-L5. Should I seek that because of my urinary leakage and penile pain. I don’t want to live rest of my life this way and I feel it’s getting worse.
    Thanks

Your penile pain will not be relieved by a lumbar fusion if there is no significant compression. You might need to consider a spinal cord stimulator as I don’t know of any other treatment that will affect pudendal nerve pain.
