    Hi sir , I am thiya from india 5 years back i got proper and good guideline from here and my mom complete recovered. Now my turn ? i got pain my upper back near lower neck 5 days i consulted nearly 4 doctors (general) and gave tablets and antibiotic injection but my pain not rid off and finally went ortho doctor he said spine little bit moved from normal position (basically i am software professional) and he said your pillows may be affect these kind problem and suggests some exercise. But my doubt is its recoverable ? I am still worried. xray

    The next step is an x-ray with flexion extension views. Possibly some chiropractic or massage work could help after that.
