    Dear Dr. Corenman,

What do you think about the transfacet approach for the surgery of a paracentral thoracic disc herniation? Is it a good technique in experienced hands?
    With much gratitude,
    Ignacio.

Transfacet approach to a thoracic HNP is an accepted and valuable approach to these herniations. The approach is meticulous and in experienced and careful hands, should allow a good outcome.
