Can pregnancy be planned with grade 1 or 2 spondylolisthesis. And can the grade increase with pregnancy.

Pregnancy is generally safe with a grade 1 or 2 spondylolisthesis. There is higher incidence of lower back pain but it would be unusual to have the slip become worse due to the hormone relaxin or the altered biomechanics.
