    Dear Dr. Corenman,

    I got copies and sent by FedEx today Thursday for delivery tomorrow Friday to you Three DVD’s done in the past two weeks. One is MRI Spine Cord (the injury)the next is MRI Right Elbow (His major Pain) and the third is EXRAY of both the Spine Cord and the Right Elbow.

    Your Nurse has the tracking number for the FedEx Friday delivery. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need additional information.
