Hello Doctor , Nice to talk with you ,I have seen your neck live operation video ,it was awesome.
My brother in law lifted heavy weights and he fell down. Now the hand is not working and more pain.My local Doctor told according to the scan reports ,he’s 2nd spine from neck went down a bit ,in that below spine some nerves stuck ,so because of that blood circulation got stopped.

Please suggest me if there any option to solve problem without surgery ? If we do surgery can patient recovery as soon as possible ?

    Patient age : 45

    thanks and regards ,
    Siva.

It sounds like your brother has a cervical radiculopathy. Whether or not he needs surgery depends upon his examination (weakness present and if so, how severe), how problematic the pain is and what the imaging looks like (how severe the compression is). If surgery is contemplated (performed by a meticulous surgeon), success rate is high and recovery is relatively quick.
