CT scan shows foci in vertebral bodies at C6, C7, & T1. Disc bulging & osteophytosis @ C3-4 w/moderate narrowing of the central canal & severe neural foraminal narrowing. C4-5 severe bilateral neural foraminal narrowing. C5-6 severe narrowing of the neural foraminal.
Symptoms-severe headaches, dizziness, numbness in right fingertips, very limited motion with neck.
    Where does this put me?
    I’m already fused from T11-S1.

Your symptom description is not enough to use this limited MRI data to good use. Please see https://neckandback.com/conditions/how-to-describe-your-history-and-symptoms-of-neck-shoulder-and-arm-pain/ to understand how to describe symptoms.
