Im 22 years old.Male.
I had neck injury on wrestling 5 months ago which caused stiffness and pain going from neck to right side of my back and shoulder.I had CT of my cervical spine done and results were good, except for straightened lordosis.I went on PT and after 2,3 months my neck felt much better, but pain in my upper back, right shoulder blade and right side of chest started to bother me much more.
After some time of enduring the pain I went to hospital and did RTG of my thoracic spine, which showed straightened kyphosis.Doctor also said my right shoulder is bit lower (I have AC joint seperation too).
I stopped training after my neck injury and only do back strengthening exercises for last 2 ,3 months and do light swimming.
They didnt say what degree kyphosis is.Pain is constant ,but i hardly can describe it.Its pressuring feel on right side of my chest, specially when i bend over(while tying my shoes for example).Pain in my shoulder blade is dull and pressuring too.
Pain is not that strong usually,I would say 5/10 but its really annoying and it wont stop even after 5 months of restI used to have sharp short pain when i sneeze going all over my neck and upper back ,but its not happening that often anymore.
I noticed that my spine and neck is clicking and popping when i twist it or turn my head and it feels really stiff, which is weird because I was really flexible before all this.
Month ago I started experiencing lower back pain on my left side too.Its going to my left leg.It feels like it started since i started correcting my kyphosis posture, and doing strengthening exercises of my upper back.
I hope I provided some useful information.I really hope this pain will stop because its taking its toll on my mood, and its making me miserable.
Sorry for mistakes in text,English is not my first language.Hope you ll understand what I wanted to say
Pain in the upper back, right shoulder blade and right side of the chest could be from many sources. The C4 nerve can create such pain. The T1 nerve can also do this. Shoulder injuries can recreate such pain and with a seperated shoulder (AC joint disruption), there has obviously been aome injury to this region.
The lower back pain is not related to this injury.
