Hello Dr Corenman….you did a 3 level cervical fusion with discectomy on me in January of 2002. At that time you deferred from operating on my lumbar spine…with severe lumbar stenosis and advised me to continue PT methods and stay with a pain management doctor. Having returned to SoCal from the Vail Valley…I’ve been back in SoCal for 20 years now….and after several EMS assisted trips to the ER, 20 years on opiate pain management therapy, several different PT jaunts….and after being broadsided in a car accident in 2021….I’m at the end of all other avenues of treatment. The last ER/trauma physician I saw in Sept of 2021 told me after my latest MRIs that if I didn’t have surgery that things would not be going well for meFollow8ng yourbadvice of putting surgery off until I absolutely need it…I find myself back again, requesting your help, advice….maybe even surgery. Where do I go from here? I have my latest MRIs on CD…as well as the radiology report for them.
My neck is still in great shape…thanks for your work on my Cspine! :-)
    Sincerely. Stuart

    Stuart,

If you want to discuss your symptoms and consultations here without identifying tags, we can do this for no charge. If you would like a personal consultation with review of your images and private records, look at the LDC (long distance consultation) on the website to see if you might be interested.

    Thanks,

    Dr. Corenman
