    Dr. My father gone through a surgery of Lumber spine t12 vertebra fracture with a TP 4 screw implant errected in his body i want to clarify myself about the precuasion of post operative period that needs to be taken and implant prose and cones in the body

    fracture of T12 normally requires pedicle screws and a construct from at least T11 through L1. The post-operative period that I generally use can be found under “Pre and post-op” under “recovery information by surgery” and then “lumbar fusion”. This can vary depending upon the type of fracture.

    I require a hard shell brace for three months to prevent further stress of the surgery.
