Do you perform , or do you know anyone in the Colorado area who performs, Piriformis release or removal surgery? no issues with spine on MRIs. Piriformis muscle responds (although briefly) to steroids and Platelet rich fibrin.

I do know of some practitioners who will perform piriformis release but be very careful with this diagnosis. Out of the multitude of thousands of patients I have seen, there have been only 2 cases of true piriformis syndrome.

I do understand that. Is there any way you can send me the names of the orthopedic surgeons who DO perform this? I won’t go into details about why all
If the docs and surgeons I have seen are sure it is an issue with the piriformis itself, suffice it to say, this is my last option. I am an active mom of 6 in Colorado who loves all outside fun and my lifestyle
    Is completely limited.
