Hello Dr. I have had exrays and MRIs and they found Tarlov Cysts and nerve damage in my back. It feels like Sciatica. Is there ANYTHING that can be done to fix this? I cant stand the pain anymore. I also have Spinal Stenosis.

Generally, Tarlov cysts are non-symptomatic and should be ignored. Stenosis on the other hand can be symptomatic. See https://neckandback.com/conditions/lumbar-spinal-stenosis-central-stenosis/ to see if this fits with your symptoms.
