    Sir,

It has been a long wait to see my second surgeon. I’m a little nervous as headaches have become very bad. Which I was told could happen due to c3/c4. But, pain down arms into thumb and index are more prevelant. While looking down both arms shoot pain with “pins & needles” following shortly there after. If I look up it happens on just the left.

I also didn’t understand the measurement of 9.3 at c3/c4? Is that good, bad, ugly? Could the spurring at that area be causing these headaches? I’m a little conserned that they might want to do a dual layer fusion because of the closeness of what seems to be the cause of my problems.

This has been an ongoing problem for 3+ years. It has just progressively been getting worse and now it seems out of hand. I have done every coservitave treatment with no relief. Pain meds help take a edge off. But does nothing for “pins & needles” daily life has now become a chore.

My neck remains very stiff and sore with extremely limited range of motion. When i try to stretch it out it feels like something is slipping? that may be a wrong descripton but its the best way to describe how it feels. I was put on orders by my primary physician to light duty with no high impact (running, biking, even swimming) I still walk every day for extended periods. I’m just afraid of permenant damage. I can grip but does not feel strong. My arms feel like limp noodles.
