Hi Dr. Corenman,
I finally got my Mri done today. I value your opinion and i would really appreciate if you could take a look at them. And i have few questions:
1. “Weird” sensation on left side of my stomach and left side of genitals never went away. I described it in detail in previous post. Do you think it is related to my neck?
2. Do i need surgery? If yes do you recommend acdf or disc replacement considering my bulging c5c6.
3. Since you are able to review my mri what next step would you recommend?this is dropbox link. In there are all of my recent mri. “MRI Dec 2015” is one from right before my surgery, Mri may 2016 is from today.

Please copy your radiological report to peruse. I do not open files on this forum due to viruses. If you want a long distance consult for a fee, I would be happy to personally review your images and the history forms I would send you and give you a personal consultation over the phone.
I would be happy to respond to everything you write on this forum, review the radiological reports and all your symptoms and try to help with a diagnosis and treatment algorithm for no charge.

I definitely would be interested in phone consultation. Could you tell me what is the fee? Also except of report from last mri which I don’t have (only discs) but I will get them for you. I am not clear what else should I provide before our phone consultation? And are going to need films as well ? If yes since you do not open links how do I deliver them to you?
Thank youFor a long distance consultation, you would call Lori Fugate, my office manager at the office number (970) 476-1100. You would need to gather all your images on DVD/CD (very common media) or a thumb drive and Fedex them to me along with any prior consultations and diagnostic injections if performed. In addition, there is a 7 page introduction history form that you would have to fill out and either email or snail mail. After these all arrive at my office, I review the images and call you. We generally spend about 20-40 minutes on the phone and any follow-up conversations are included. I dictate a report and send you a copy. Remember that I cannot prescribe anything but give you direction for your disorder. The fee I am not sure of so you would have to talk to Lori about that.
