Myocardial infarction survival with a stent is a win situation. That it took you more time to find out that you had hypercholesterolemia is unfortunate but taking a cholesterol medication does not guarantee that you will not have an MI.

You have multiple degenerative findings on your MRIs. However, there are times that physicians will look for the trees and miss the forest. All of these degenerative changes are consistent with Scheuermann’s disorder but Scheuermann’s will not be identified on these images as it is an alignment disorder that is revealed by standing scoliosis type X-rays.

DISH is not specifically related to Scheuermann’s disorder but can exist concurrently with it. Cardiovascular diseases are not related to DISH or Scheuermann’s except that diabetes can be related to DISH and diabetes is also related to cardiac disease.

Unilateral leg weakness is typically related to nerve compression in the lumbar spine but peripheral neuropathies can also cause weakness. You do have some “mild to moderate” nerve compression changes but nothing on the dictated MRI note identifies a significant compression that is an “ah ha” moment for nerve compression causing motor weakness.
