Your symptoms are unusual for being almost one year out from a 3 level ACDF surgery. Some questions. What were your original complaints (symptoms) prior to surgery and what was the original disorder that prompted surgery? How have your symptoms changed since surgery? What symptoms are new, which are unchanged and which have gone away?

How was your recovery? Were there any problems?

What is your status now? Do you have a solid fusion? Was there any workup to determine where you are now? What does your surgeon say?
