The images themselves are only images, You must define what your symptoms are. See this section; https://neckandback.com/conditions/how-to-describe-your-history-and-symptoms-of-lower-back-and-leg-pain/ to understand how to describe your symptoms.

On this site, I will be happy to review a dictated report from a radiologist gratis. I will take what information you give me and try to help you understand what is going on.

I will review actual images along with a personally completed history and have a phone conversation with you but that is a fee service called a “long distance consult”.

    dear sir,

    thank you for your interest.

i am 35yo male and i have problems with my back. i think that my hobby – greco-roman wrestling influenced my spine condition initially, but now i do only recreation.

i have a lower back pain – sharp one / depends on my movement. the pain is located in the level of navel and below. pain is radiating to the hips, and sometimes even to the legs (feet and bit above). when i am experiencing huge amounts of pain (not so common) it is a sharp pain so much – as if somebody stabbed my with sharp objects in the back.

there is no way to determine the pain-dominant-side, because (on my humble opinion) it depends on current spine configuration.. although usually left side is more painful.

for 2-3 years my lower spine “clicks” when i move and do some gymnastics. i think that sometimes these clicks make my pain do less harm to me.

although i have no knowledge of medicine i think my dehydration during practices in conjunction with physical tension on spine (that i did several y ago) influenced lack of water in my discs and make them fragile.

my current defense mechanism is when ever i feel uncomfortable with amount of pain to avoid physical practices for several days.
i tried with just-stretching when i feel pain but that tactics (my old tactics) was disaster because it make situation much worse.

i am sorry if i am not well defined, if there is anything else i should explain just say.

thank you very much yet again
    :)

You describe your symptoms well. Could you then include the written radiological reports of your MRI scan and X-rays?

    dear sir,

    thank you for your reply.

i do not have written reports in english. i was at hospital this morning, i was told that there is no need for surgery in today-state of my back, however that i should avoid anything that could hurt my spine.

nothing particular, but doctor said that the images were not good.

i am not able to be more specific.

If you can find an individual who can help you transcribe your image reports, I can be more helpful. You can type in the report to Google Translator, copy that translation and paste it here. This can occasionally work well.
