There is minor decrease in disc height involving the l3-l4 disc.mild to moderate decrease in disc height is seen involving the l5-s1 disc.some associated with decrease in t2 signal intensity is seen involving the l4-l5 disc and l5-s1 discs.findings are consistent with disc desiccation.mild hypertrophy of the ligamentum flavum is seen from l3-l4 down to l5-s1.the conus is unremarkable ending posteriorly to l1.at the l3-l4 level there is a mild broad based disc bulge.there is no central canal stenosis.at the l4-l5 level there is a moderate sized broad based disc bulge.there is no central canal stenosis.dorsal hyperintensity is seen involving the disc at this level likely secondary to a tear/fissure. Minor lateral extension of disc is seen into the foramina bilaterally at the l4-l5 and l5-s1 levels.

You have tears and disc herniations of your lower three discs in your lumbar spine. See the sections https://neckandback.com/conditions/lumbar-degenerative-disc-disease-or-low-back-pain/ and https://neckandback.com/treatments/conservative-treatment-mechanical-lower-back-disorders/ to understand your disorder and some ways to reduce the stress on your lower back.
