I share your concern. If your job requires heavy loads and BLT (bend and load with twist) then your back can prematurely wear. See if there is a way they can accommodate you to reduce back loading. If not, is there another job in the company you can transfer to? Maybe try a core strengthening program to ameliorate the stress on your back.
