    Hello Doctor,
I am experiencing pain in the center of the lower back for more than 2 months. The pain is worst when is sit or stand for more than 30 minutes.Even bending forward i experience pain. On walking or turning left/right there is no pain. On bending forward i feel that the muscle is stretching.
I have taken anti-spams and muscle relaxers but they didn’t help much. I have also been visiting a Physiotherapist but the pain is still there. Kindly advice on what other test should i perform.

The pain is not defined well by your description. Please see https://neckandback.com/conditions/how-to-describe-your-history-and-symptoms-of-lower-back-and-leg-pain/ to fully convey your pain symptoms.
