    ok ,but what a bout my questions .
    can you answer to them .
    maybe I also have chronic neck pain a lot years (more severe in last 3 years ,less in the last one year )
    and my neurologic symptoms comes from other problem (possible but MRI brain before 10 months don’t show any issue (not MS also neurologic Doctor doesn’t think that I have any neurological disease.

    I do not know if you still have my images in your office.
    You can say , based on the scanner why i have chronic neck pain from 2016,more severe from 2020 ?
    But less pain in last one year( from 2022 ) (in the last one year the neurological symptoms acoure, problem with fast walking(also falling 2times ), pins needels to lower extremity, issue with walking.
    So the nerulogical symptoms with lower extremitys not exist before November 2021.

    Update.
    A new MRI BRAIN (before couple days does not show any lessons,OF MS .
    (Wait for radiology report ,but i was take a look all of the image BRAIN flair 1 mm (and not show lessons in brain)
    BUT MRI CERVICAL SPINE steel show the buckling of c3-4 behinde.
    The axial section (was not show a thin slices so in just one axial t 2 show .
    I DO MRI CERVICAL SPINE ALSO IN positive slope (the put me on this position)
    And in this position the sagittal doesn’t show any buckling from back.
