    Hello Dr. Corenman:

You were the only U.S. back specialist that had an option for me that did not necessitate multi-level fusion. Nine other specialists said that would be mandatory, you said that in 50-60% of cases, spondylo may not progress after decompression, nor would this type of decompression eliminate the potential option for fusion, if needed in the future. That was consistent with medical reading I had done on my own.

I’m now 8 months out from bilateral decompression surgery with you, and your estimate was correct in my case. A change in life-style, aggressive PT, and your help has me back on the slopes, mountain bike, and golf course. I am grateful for your more nuanced approach, and hope to never need to visit you again (except on the slopes of Vail).

Kind regards, and thanks again to you & your team.
