    Hi doctor,

I am Norge from Dominican Republic, I am 32 years old and i have asymptomatic L5-S1 spondylolisthesis grade 3 maybe 4 because i just didn’t pay too much attention to the pain i was having, right now i don’t feel pain but a big stress on my upper back, i am interesting in getting a surgery with you but since i am not for USA, i would like to know couple of things first:

1- What is the worst scenario for a Spondylolisthesis by itself (no Surgery)?
2- What type of insurance you work with?
3- Do you have any type of program for Non USA-resident patients?
4- If the case may be, how much would cost a surgery of this Type (L5-S1 spondylolisthesis grade 3 maybe 4)?
5- How can we interact via email, so i can send you Bone scan, Magnetic resonance or any other you may need?

I hope you can take the time to answer this questions, thanks a lot Dr.

You probably have the worst situation for your spondylolisthesis as a grade 3-4 means that the spinal column is sliding down the slope of the sacrum and threatening to fall off into your pelvis (a spondyloptosis). This condition does need to be fixed.

As far as insurance, I cannot tell you what the clinic takes and what it does not take. You would have to talk to Lori at my office number (970) 476-1100 outside the USA or (888) 888-5310 in the USA.

I take care of many patients from outside the USA. Again, Lori can help you with those details.

I don’t follow what surgery costs so I would be the wrong person to know these cost. Thank God for Lori!

I have a long-distance consultation program where I review all your records and images and talk to you over the phone for about 20-30 minutes.
