    29 year old 11 weeks post op doing lots off stretchs and deep adonominal work burning billateral pain down both calves very sore and constant back pain is now alot less that before op, will nerves heal in time or learn to live with pain off billateral siatica ? Looking at possible massage or more exercises too help
    Meet my surgon next week and will ask em this question and maybe more ? Any response be great or follow up questions I should put to my surgon would be great
