    Hello,
I injured my back Dec 27th 2019 at work and it has progressively gotten worse. I was eventually diagnosed with the disc bulge at L4 L5 with annular tear. At this point they have shoved conservative therapy down my throat as far as PT and I feel like it just makes it worse certainly not better. I Had the ESI a couple of weeks ago and had a rough time with it and had an uptick in pain since. My worse symptoms are low back pain, my left leg goes completely numb. Sometimes if I am on my feet a lot I will get the numbness and pain in right leg. I also deal with mid back pain and my left hand goes numb intermittently. I do have a disc bulge at T6 as well but they said they are not worried about it. Now I know people on here have dealt with a lot worse for a lot longer but I am just so over the constant pain and wanna know what other treatment options I have.Being that is a work comp injury at times I feel like I am having to put more effort to finding a solution to this then they will so I am very frustrated needless to say. Also in 2012 I had my spine fused at L5-S1 idk if that has any relevance. Thank you for your time.

Please copy your MRI report from the radiologist and paste it here. It will be helpful. Also read this article and it will help you describe symptoms.
