I have a fusion of occiput to c3. I have c5 c6 bilateral foraminal stenosis. My neck hurts all the time and I have chronic headaches. My forearms constantly ache and I’m losing strength in my forearms. I have tried every type of non-surgical therapy over the past few years with no relief. What would you recommend?

I assume your fusion from occiput to C3 is the Klippel Feil syndrome.

C5-6 foraminal stenosis will cause symptoms from the C6 nerve. See this hyperlink to see if these symptoms fit the picture.
