My daughter was in a car rollover in 2001. She developed bad headaches and severe jaw pain from it. We went to the Centeno clinic in Colorado and had a radio frequency oblation done in c1 and after 6 months the pain went away, and we continued with life. Now it is 2013 and the pain is back as bad as ever. We went back down to the clininc and had PL/DEX injections done in c0,c1,c2,c5,c6,c7. We have been back now for 2 months and she has had 3 days of relief shortly after she got back but now everything is extremely bad again and continues on many serious meds. We talked to the clinic and they say she needs another injection. Looking for a second opinion as we only want our daughter healthy again. Sincerely, Karen Andrew – desperate parent!

I am unclear what PL/DEX injections are unless this is prolotherapy with dextrose injections. Please elaborate on the treatment that has been completed.
