Do you find that most patients from out of state have acceptable policies that you take. If and when I come I will be on MediCare and a supplemental. Does MediCare pay for that biomaterial you add to the crushed facet for bone fusion? If not what is the patient cost from the hospital you perform your TLIF’s? I have a history of traveling to get the best surgeon. I am in Southern Utah.

Medicare is something I am looking at closely. The reimbursement from Medicare does not cover my expenses so I am in a quandary regarding acceptance.
