    Hello dr corenman
I have myelomalacia and Myelopathy after acdf 8 months ago. A scar in my cord at c45. I now have low glucose levels and eat all the time. Is it possible for the scar in my cord to cause this? I am always dizzy and lose of memory. I am on baclofen for tremors.

Myelopathy does not cause hypoglycemia. Loss of memory can occur from baclofen on occasion. Dizziness has many causes including hypoglycemia.
