I have been diagnosed with cervical spondylosis. I have seen air operated home neck traction devices on the internet. Are they safe to use at home?

Home traction units are generally safe when used within the guidelines by the particular unit you choose. This does not mean that I endorse home traction as there are many conditions of the cervical spine that do not respond well to traction.
