    Dear Dr. in 1998 I had a car accident and got injured, due to MRI examinations find a neck L5 herniated disk, and 2 herniated disks in the lower spine,Ihad any possible treatment done, but its getting worse and worse, everyday I have pain, I used to be a very active person, I used to play many sports, but since the accident I have a lot of limitations. I always look int he internet for medical treatment, NAd finally after watching a video, where yuo show how a replacement dosk works in the neck, I would like to know if youa can evaluate me, I had an MRI 4 months ago, so I can send you this information, I live now in southamerica, Ecuador, but if you give me the opportunity to have this surgery done I can go to your clinic. I have 48 years old, the MRI that I have is from cervical and lumbar spine. Please help me. I have a lot of pain in the neck and the lower spine. living like this is terrible.
