Hello Doctor, after 6 months post fusion, assuming a fusion has occurred, are any of the following EVER acceptable again: classic sit-ups, bicycle crunches, classic crunches.

I know there are anti rotation and other exercises that target all muscles, but I am curious about the routine I’m already familiar with.

    Thank you.

If you have a solid fusion, you can rotate. I would say that floor exercises are fine. I would avoid squats and deadlifts.
