    Hi Dr Corenman
I hae actually done a consult with you before, you have been incredibly helpful. I have two issues, a herniated disc that needs repair and facet arthrosis. the ablation didnt make much difference. My question is, for a fusion of L4, L5, will that solve facet related pain or will it not make a difference?

If your pain is generated by the L4-5 facets, the next step is a fusion of this level which should reduce your pain burden.
