    Hello Doctor Corenman,
I’m 18 mo’s post L3-4 fusion with no complications. I’ve returned to cycling 20 hrs. weekly
also do core exercise and stretching 3 times weekly. Would you recommend adding strength training such as pull-ups or other weight training exercises? Thanks for your valuable input.

If your other discs are in good shape, you should be able to do whatever you want. I stiil would avoid squats, cleans and power lifts. Military presses are OK but light weights only.
