DR Corenman I had a lumber epidural injection today and asked the pain Dr if this works can I stop at 1 injection instead of the 3 that I got last time as the 2nd and 3rd injection made the pain come back worse. He said no. I then asked him about getting the c arm and he said he could do as good. My face is really swollen and red
like it was before and took months for the swelling to go down.
Before he told me about a lady who said she only wanted one.
I am going to stop at one as I am to scared to have more. Do you agree?
I have a wonderful compound cream my doctor got made for me and oh my goodness it helps me a lot. It is [100] ketoprofen 10% cyclobenzaprine 2% in Lipoderm compound

Thanks for helping me. I have lost 5 lbs and 5 more to go. I use my walker around the pons an d doing exercises. My neck c2c3c4 is still good after 2yrs and a half thanks to you carolns

It is irresponsible for a physician to tell you that you need a series of three epidural injections. If one works and the results last, you obviously do not need a second injection. Also, the C Arm is indispensable for precise positioning of the needle tip to cover the correct area with medication. It has been proven that individuals who do not use imaging have a much poorer success rate in placing medication and gaining a good response.

As long as compound creams are effective without skin irritation, you should be able to use them.
