    HAD A MRI DUE TO NECK PROBLEMS AND DIZZINESS THEY SAID I HAD SEVERE DEGENERATIVE C2/C3 FACETS THE OTHER FACETS MILD DEGENERATIVE CAN THIS CAUSE DIZZINESS it’s CONSTANT AND MY DOC HAS GIVEN UP.

    C2-3 degenerative facets should not cause dizziness in almost all cases. Dizziness has so many causes not related to the neck that you would need an expert in dizziness to work you up.
